For electronic items that leave fault memory entries, it is essential to submit fault memory logs in the event of a claim. The following applies to complaints: The more complete the processes are submitted, the faster they can be processed. Complete documentation includes the warranty application (incl. KBA no., chassis no., first registration, engine code, mileage), first and second installation invoice, fault memory log, guided troubleshooting and, if applicable, pictures. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim. In addition to the statutory warranty of 2 years from installation, AIC offers a guarantee on all items supplied*. *Warranty conditions: The five-year warranty applies to the item price from the date of installation up to a maximum of 75,000 km (for iwis items up to a maximum of 100,000 km). Excluded are consequential costs, external influences, improper installation and wear and tear.
